Description:
Director, Evenings – Schedule Friday, Saturday, Sunday and Monday , 4-12:30am Provide leadership and direction to supervisors and staff while motivating and interacting with employees to achieve continuous improvement. Oversee and support employees in day-to-day operations. Maintain scheduling for the evening shift to ensure coverage. Develop supervisors and staff on expectations and ensure follow-through. Perform administrative duties and reporting.
Requirements:
Bachelor’s degree preferred, CASAC required At least 3 years managing and developing a team Proven leadership skills a must Organizational skills a must Ability to make decisions for daily operations rapidly and successfully Taking responsibility for the evening shift of the organization
