Salary Range:

$65,000 – $75,000 per year The purpose of the

OPERATIONS MANAGER

is to manage day-to-day hotel operations, ensuring brand standards, guest satisfaction, and operational efficiency, in accordance with established guest service and sustainability standards. Essential Job Functions Train, schedule and support team members, ensuring they perform in accordance with established brand or hotel standards and consistent with company core values. Address guest concerns promptly, implement strategies to improve guest experience, and monitor guest satisfactions metrics. Motivate and coach team members to deliver exceptional guest service, promote a positive work environment and foster a culture of accountability. Ensure quality standards of complimentary food service stations are maintained. Attend weekly meetings Complete all required training, including brand-specific programs and company-mandated courses. Manage labor, control expenses, maximize revenue and analyze financial performance reports to identify areas for improvement to fit within budgets and/or updated forecasts. Position will work shifts crossing over from Breakfast Attendant to Guest Service Agent. Create specific, measurable, achievable, realistic, and timely action plans to remedy guest service deficiencies. Work as Manager on Duty, when necessary. Complies with company policies and standards of conduct. Practice safe work habits, wear protective safety equipment and follow MSDS and OSHA standards. Perform other duties as requested by management. Position Requirements High school diploma or equivalent. 1 to 2 years of related experience. Work Environment and Context Work schedule varies and may include working on holidays and weekends. Requires standing for extended periods, walking, pushing, lifting up to 25 pounds, bending and reaching, stooping, kneeling, or crouching.
