Minimum of 5 year of Global Forwarding experience Minimum of 3 years managerial skills Minimum requirement High School diploma or GED. Proficient with Microsoft Office applications. Being able to work independently and part of a team Able to work under pressure and meet deadlines Must have great organizational skills Outgoing and forward-thinking mindset Excellent communication, prioritization, and multi-tasking skills

Responsibilities:

Manage air freight and ocean freight operations for both Export and Import. Supervise overall operational quality and streamline working process to improve efficiency and effectiveness To assist sales development and provide in-house support Communicate and coordinate with overseas and agent partners on R/Os together with Supervisor. Negotiate with carriers, vendors, and utilize alternatives to improve overall consolidation costs to maximize profitability, as well as maintaining service efficiency At the same time, work closely with Customer Service management to establish and implement SOP for all key and MNC accounts to meet expectation Adhere to compliance of all transportation and security regulations. Responsible for completion of air export/ air import month end closing Continue to be part of our IT local seed member Coordinate with the management to execute annual business plan and operating budget.
