Summary As the Director of Operations at NYCID, you will play a pivotal role in overseeing the organization’s operational functions and strategic initiatives. This position is essential in ensuring that our programs run efficiently and effectively, contributing to our mission of fostering positive interpersonal relationships and community development. Responsibilities Lead the operational strategy to ensure alignment with organizational goals. Manage day-to-day operations, optimizing processes for efficiency and effectiveness. Develop and implement strategic plans to enhance program delivery and impact. Oversee project management activities to ensure timely completion of initiatives. Foster a culture of continuous improvement within the organization. Collaborate with senior leadership to identify business development opportunities.
