Position Responsibilities Manage Backorder and Custom / Drop-Shipoperations, focusing on quality, speed and accuracy. Guide leadersin analyzing department results for trends and improvementopportunities. Track and report gross profit, return, vendorperformance and customer feedback metrics. Work with other Ulineteams to enhance customer service processes and identify newproduct opportunities. Build strong vendor relationships to resolveissues quickly and enhance service quality. Minimum RequirementsBachelor’s degree. 5 years of experience in Customer Service orProduct Management, including 2 years in a management role.

Knowledge of Order Entry, Purchase Order Systems and MicrosoftOffice. Travel to Uline’s North American branches and to vendors.
