Director of Operations Paradigm Marketing Consortium – Emerald Brand Huntington, NY 11743 Job Overview EVP of Operations for a well established manufacturing group in the environmental space is looking for his right hand. Qualified candidates will be “Type-A Go Getters” that are passionate about their careers. This position will be a fast track to an executive level management role.

DESCRIPTION

Responsible for the efficiency and accuracy of all functional and physical activities taking place in all company warehouses and operations. Provides leadership and guidance, and develops/implements procedures that increase efficiency in all areas of the operation. Plans appropriately for anticipated growth both nationally and internationally. Extremely focused on maintaining customer’s needs and reducing operational and logistical costs. Doing so while staying in compliance with all regulatory safety requirements. Duties Oversee daily operations to ensure efficiency and effectiveness across all departments. Develop and implement operational strategies that align with the company’s goals and objectives. Lead project management efforts, ensuring projects are completed on time and within scope. Negotiate contracts and agreements with vendors, suppliers, and partners to optimize operational performance. Foster a culture of continuous improvement by identifying areas for process enhancement and implementing best practices. Collaborate with senior leadership to develop long-term strategic plans that drive growth and profitability. Manage cross-functional teams, providing guidance, support, and mentorship to enhance team performance. Analyze operational metrics to assess performance and identify opportunities for improvement. Experience Proven experience in operations management or a related field, with a focus on project management and business development. Demonstrated senior leadership experience with the ability to manage diverse teams effectively. Strong negotiation skills with a track record of successful contract management. Expertise in strategic planning and process improvement methodologies. Excellent leadership abilities with a commitment to fostering a collaborative work environment. $110,000.00 – $120,000.00 per year
