We are seeking an experienced Healthcare Superintendent tooversee all field operations for medical facility projects inPatchogue and surrounding Suffolk County. You’ll lead on-siteexecution for renovations and expansions within active hospitalenvironments-ensuring safety, infection control, and precision atevery phase. Description Lead all day-to-day field operations from mobilizationthrough punch list and closeout Coordinate site logistics,subcontractors, deliveries, and inspections for healthcare-specificscopes Enforce and monitor ICRA protocols, infection control, andsafety standards Work closely with Project Managers, hospitalfacility staff, architects, and engineers Oversee MEPinstallations, med gas, and utility shutdowns with precision andminimal disruption Maintain project schedules and field reports,and drive progress toward key milestones Manage site meetings,daily logs, and subcontractor coordination Resolve field issues inreal time, ensuring quality control and compliance Supportpreconstruction efforts and project phasing as needed Profile 7years of healthcare field supervision.
