Director of Operations Job Summary:

The Operations Coordinator will be responsible for directing and optimizing overall operations in the assigned geographic area. Monitoring overall branch performance with special attention to safety and environmental issues, providing solutions to problems that repeatedly affect branch performance or could lead to future issues. Ensuring employees are operating according to company goals, objectives, and core values by monitoring and reinforcing employee compliance with Company Policies & Procedures as well as government and industry regulations. Provide overall leadership and direction while maintaining a secure and respectful team-oriented workplace.

Key Responsibilities:

Create and maintain the work schedule, updating information throughout the day as project needs change. Distribute daily workload to field staff. Working with Project Managers and Estimators allocating assets to successfully complete service requests and fulfill contractual obligations. Review daily reports generated by field personnel to ensure that all labor hours, equipment, and materials are properly detailed for billing. Communicate with customers to review project needs, ensure customer satisfaction, and solicit additional opportunities for expanding our services. Maintain a database of vehicle inspections and required repairs. Work with management to ensure that all vehicles are operating properly. Assign repairs to in-house mechanics or outsource as required. Develop relationships with various vendors to develop a network of suppliers to make certain we are receiving priority service and pricing. Obtain purchase orders, work orders, create and track waste manifests and other documentation as required. Participate in after hours emergency phone coverage on nights and weekends as assigned. Work with other departments to provide documentation for billing, payroll, human resources, estimating, etc. as requested. Perform other job-related tasks as assigned.

Qualifications:

Strong organizational and problem-solving skills Ability to work independently and strong attention to detail. Ability to multitask, prioritize and work well under pressure to meet deadlines. Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Outlook, Excel, Word, PowerPoint) and PDF software (Adobe) Ability to learn Fulcrum software. Training provided. Ability to direct staff of field technicians and laborers. Ability to Travel up to 25%.

Pay:

$70,000-$85,000 per year

Paid Time Off Schedule:

In office7am-5pm Monday-Friday. Additional work hours possible on weekends, Holidays, and nights depending on customer needs as directed by management.
