We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Accountmanager/operations specialist to join our team in the Facilitiesmanagement industry. The successful candidate will be responsiblefor managing all aspects of operations within the residentialsector. This includes, but is not limited to, dispatching,processing work orders, handling invoices, and providing top-notchcustomer service. This is a permanent position that offers a uniqueopportunity to contribute to our company’s success while growingyour career in an exciting and fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities:

1. Oversee and manage all aspects of residentialconstruction operations, ensuring projects are completed on timeand within budget. 2. Coordinate and dispatch work orders toappropriate teams, ensuring efficient allocation of resources. 3.Process invoices accurately and in a timely manner, maintainingclear and organized financial records. 4. Deliver exceptionalcustomer service, addressing any concerns or issues promptly andprofessionally. 5. Collaborate with other departments to streamlineoperations, identifying opportunities for improvement andimplementing effective solutions. 6. Ensure compliance with allsafety and regulatory standards, promoting a culture of safetywithin the team. 7. Monitor project progress, preparing andpresenting regular reports to senior management. 8. Develop andmaintain strong relationships with clients, contractors, and otherstakeholders.

Qualifications:

1. A minimum of 5 years of experiencein operations within the Construction industry, specifically in theresidential sector. 2. Proven experience in dispatching, processingwork orders, handling invoices, and providing customer service. 3.Exceptional organizational skills, with the ability to managemultiple projects simultaneously and meet tight deadlines. 4.Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with acustomer-focused approach. 5. Proficiency in usingindustry-specific software and tools. 6. Ability to workeffectively both independently and as part of a team. 7.Detail-oriented, with strong problem-solving skills and the abilityto make sound decisions. 8. Knowledge of safety and regulatorystandards within the Construction industry. 9. A degree inConstruction Management, Business Administration, or a relatedfield is preferred.
