The Manager, Training Operations leads development anddeployment of LCoE supported Learning projects from in-take,tracking and reporting to close-out. We expect the Manager to usein-depth learning technology and GxP training skills and knowledgeto define efficient processes and solutions. We believe this personpartners with LCoE Business Partners, designers, and the C3 team todeliver LCoE projects.
A typical day may include:
Lead TrainingBusiness Partners and designers to develop and maintain projectscope, timelines & deliverables on moderately complex projectsPartner and advise on the requirements and specifications of aproject using knowledge of learning techniques and learningtechnologies Identify opportunities for automation of routinetasks. Use strong technology background to design the solution inO365 and manage development of the solution. Lead Project meetingsto call out risks to timelines and delivery dates and to drivedecision making for resource needs Use strong partner andrelationship skills to resolve issues as they arise Design andimplement a robust content maintenance plan for LCoE assetsincluding training materials, Academy pages and Onboarding guidesThis role may be for you if: You have strong LMS technicalexperience You demonstrate strong hands-on Learning Technologyknowledge and experience You are fluent with O365, Power Apps,Power BI and SharePoint design and development You are an excellentcommunicator and have interpersonal skills To be considered forthis opportunity, you have a Bachelor’s degree and 7 years projectmanagement experience in a learning and/or training environment.
