• Oversee landscape maintenance and landscape enhancement work
• Working directly with the Account Manager
• Assist with creating a daily/weekly schedule
• Ensuring crews are properly informed of the work schedule and expectations of requested work
• Ensure that crews are completing work in a timely manner and to customer expectations
• Reviewing and approving the crews time sheets via company software program
• Monitor and review labor hours and cost to ensure profitability of jobs
• Provide management of the multiple crews
• Willingness to drive a truck and trailer and supervise a crew when needed
• Provide snow removal services Expectations and skills of qualified candidates include:
• Ability to work in a fast paced environment
• Individual must be organized and exhibit leadership qualities
• Previous supervisory/management experience in the landscaping industry
• Ability to multi-task
• Must have a valid driver license and able to obtain Medical Examiners Certificate and pass a drug screen We offer:
