The Opportunity:

The Managed Services Strategic Support Coordinator role is all about bringing energy and innovation to the team. You’ll be the go-to person for the Managed Services senior leadership team, ensuring everything runs smoothly and efficiently. Imagine yourself as the problem-solving hero who foresees challenges and tackles them head-on. This position will be involved in exciting initiatives and special projects in which creativity and a proactive approach will shine. What you’ll do: Assist leadership team with maintaining calendars and schedules
Design and produce complex documents, reports, and presentations
Data gathering and analysis
Collection and preparation of information for meetings with internal and external stakeholders
Maintain status reports for various BU initiatives and follow up to ensure deadlines are met
Plan and coordinate assigned BU events and activities
Participate in BU initiatives and special projects To qualify for the role you must have: Bachelor’s Degree
Minimum 3 years of related experience in an administrative support or project coordinator role Skills and attributes for success: Demonstrated professional integrity
Dependable, flexible, and adaptable to new ACA initiatives
Ability to work well in a fast-paced, small-team environment
Ability to work independently, multi-task and prioritize effectively
Ability to establish and maintain effective working relationships with colleagues
Highly motivated and goal oriented; proactive in one’s own education and career progression; volunteers for and shows initiative on both internal and external projects and tasks
Dedicated to upholding ACA’s high-quality standards and customer service focus
Strong organizational and problem-solving skills with attention to detail
Ability to gather and analyze large data sets
Make appropriate, informed decisions regarding priorities and available time
Demonstrates strong judgement and follow through in a fast-paced environment, with the ability to prioritize and move work forward with minimal oversight
Ability to react with appropriate levels of urgency to situations and events that require quick response or turnaround
Able to maintain a high level of integrity and discretion in handling confidential information
Ability to work well within a remote cross-functional team environment
Strong MS Office skills
