Full Job Description The Catholic Cemeteries Association:

The Catholic Cemeteries Association of the Diocese of Pittsburgh is dedicated to providing the Corporal Works of Mercy with kindness and compassion.

Position Summary:

The Cemetery Operations Manager is primarily responsible for managing the field activities of all diocesan cemeteries. In addition to supervising field operations, the Manager will be responsible for assisting with budget planning, administration, equipment planning, and maintenance.

Position Requirements:

Minimum of 5 years operations management experience . College Education in Business/ Operations Management is recommended but not required. Personal and professional integrity and ethics consistent with Christian principles. Coordination of multiple teams and long-term planning to create initiatives that further the company’s overall goal. Awareness of cemetery protocols and procedures. Excellent computer skills that involve Microsoft Excel and Word. Excellent time management and scheduling skills. Inspiring and motivating employees to perform at their best through positive encouragement and incentive initiatives. A strong team player with excellent communication and people skills.
