Business Manager Yocum Institute for Arts Education – 3.0 Reading, PA Job Details Full-time $60,000 – $68,000 a year 1 day ago Qualifications Mid-level Microsoft Office Payroll systems Accounting QuickBooks Non-profit accounting Business Bookkeeping Communication skills Time management Full Job Description Key Responsibilities – Managing accounts payable and receivable, bank reconciliations, and financial reporting. Overseeing budgeting processes, monitoring cash flow and preparing financial reports for the board. Overseeing daily office operations, including coordinating administrative tasks and maintaining office systems. Managing vendor relationships and contracts. Supporting the Executive Director with various administrative tasks and projects. Ensuring accurate recording and reporting of contributions. Reporting payroll to the payroll company and recording such in Quickbooks. Preparing all information needed for annual audit. Preparing year end 1099 forms. Reconciling client accounts between the registration system and Quickbooks.
Skills and Qualifications:
Strong financial management and accounting skills. Excellent organizational and time management skills. Proficiency in relevant software and technology including but not limited to, Quickbooks and Microsoft Office. Strong communication and interpersonal skills. Ability to work independently and as part of a team. Knowledge of nonprofit accounting and reporting requirements (preferred).
