Director of Operations Seven Isles Capital Wyomissing, PA 19610 • Hybrid work Job Summary The Director of Operations is responsible for overseeing the daily operations, strategic planning, and performance of all outpatient clinics. This role ensures the delivery of high-quality patient care, operational efficiency, and financial performance while fostering a culture of collaboration and continuous improvement.
Essential Functions:
Oversee the daily operations of multiple outpatient clinics, ensuring efficient workflows, patient satisfaction, and regulatory compliance. Develop and implement procedures and best practices to standardize across clinics. Identify and resolve operational challenges to maintain seamless delivery. Collaborate with executive leadership to develop and execute strategic goals for outpatient services. Evaluate clinic performance metrics and identify areas for improvement. Lead initiatives to expand services, improve patient access, and optimize resource allocation. Provide leadership and direction to Clinical Managers. Oversee recruitment, onboarding, and professional development of clinic personnel. Act as a liaison between outpatient offices, including providers and executive leadership. Implement cost-saving measures while maintaining quality care standards.
Education, Skills, and Experience:
Bachelor’s degree in Healthcare Administration, Business Administration, or a related field. 5+ years of progressive experience in outpatient clinic operations or a similar healthcare setting. Familiarity with Modern Medicine EMR is preferred. Proven leadership and team management skills. Exceptional organization, problem-solving, and decision-making abilities. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Physical Requirements:
Prolonged periods sitting at a desk and working on a computer. Must be able to lift a minimum of 15 pounds at times.
