Monday-Friday, 8:30 AM – 5:00 PM About the
Role:
Comfort Keepers is seeking a Regional Manager to provide hands-on leadership and operational oversight across multiple offices. Reporting to the Vice President of Operations, this role requires frequent on-site travel to ensure teams receive the support needed to grow successfully, maintain operational excellence, drive strong caregiver recruitment, and deliver the highest quality of care.
Primary Responsibilities:
Foster a healthy team culture through effective collaboration and strong morale. Ensure operational excellence across locations while upholding company standards. Support recruitment efforts tailored to client needs through direct office engagement. Mentor and develop office leaders, strengthening their ability to drive success. Monitor client satisfaction to ensure caregivers are placed effectively for quality service.
Ideal Candidate:
Bachelor’s degree in business administration, Healthcare Management, or equivalent experience (preferred). 3-5 years of leadership experience in healthcare or service-focused industries. Strong organizational, problem-solving, and relationship-building skills. Willingness to travel regularly to support multiple locations. Proficiency in Microsoft Office. Why Comfort Keepers?
