Strategic Coordinator Job Description As a Strategic Partnership Coordinator, you will play a critical role in ensuring operational efficiency and alignment with the company’s strategic objectives. This role is designed for someone who is highly organized, comfortable with both day-to-day tactical activities and long-term planning. You will act as a liaison between internal departments, facilitating smooth communication, managing deliverables, and working to maximize the value of these partnerships. Responsibilities Facilitate communication between internal departments to ensure alignment with strategic objectives. Manage multiple high-stakes partnerships simultaneously, ensuring operational efficiency. Coordinate and oversee deliverables to maximize the value of partnerships. Act as a liaison to ensure smooth communication and collaboration between cross-functional teams. Utilize project management skills to manage complex, multi-stakeholder projects with tight deadlines. Essential Skills Minimum of 3-5 years of experience in partnership management or a related field, ideally in healthcare, pharmaceutical, or tech industry. Experience working with cross-functional teams and managing multiple high-stakes partnerships. Familiarity with pharmaceutical or compounding pharmacy industry and relevant regulatory environments such as FDA guidelines, cGMP processes, and HIPAA compliance. Bachelor’s degree in business, Information Technology, Healthcare Management, or a related field. Exceptional written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to present ideas clearly and persuasively. Proficiency in using software tools such as Microsoft Office (especially Excel and PowerPoint), project management tools (like Asana, Trello, or Monday.com), and CRM platforms. Additional Skills & Qualifications Advanced degrees are a plus. Proficiency in SQL databases is a plus. An analytical mindset with experience using data-driven insights to track performance and improve decision-making. High level of organizational and time management skills, with strong attention to detail. Work Environment This role is based in Kennett Square, PA, and requires on-site presence Monday through Friday. Pay and Benefits The pay range for this position is $38.46 – $38.46/hr. Eligibility requirements apply to some benefits and may depend on your job classification and length of employment.
