We are seeking a dynamic and experienced SeniorManager of Operations to join our team in the Engineering industry.

This is a permanent position that involves overseeing day-to-dayoperations, ensuring health and safety regulations are followed,scheduling projects, and tracking key performance indicators(KPIs). The ideal candidate is a strategic thinker who can managecomplex operations and lead a team to success.

Responsibilities:

Oversee day-to-day operations of the engineering department,ensuring smooth and efficient processes Implement and maintainhealth, safety, and environmental (HSE) regulations to ensure thewell-being of all employees Develop and manage project schedules,coordinating with different teams to ensure timely completion oftasks Track and analyze key performance indicators (KPIs) and otheroperational metrics to assess productivity and identify areas forimprovement Collaborate with senior management to set operationalgoals, aligning with the company’s strategic objectives Lead,mentor, and develop a team of engineers, fostering a positive andproductive work environment Coordinate with the HR department torecruit, hire, and train new engineering staff Develop and managebudgets, ensuring resources are used efficiently Stay current withthe latest engineering technology, trends, and techniques to ensurethe company remains competitive

Qualifications:

Bachelor’s degreein Engineering, Business Administration, or related field required;advanced degree in Engineering preferred Minimum of 5 years ofexperience in an operations management role within the engineeringindustry Strong knowledge of health, safety, and environmental(HSE) regulations Proficient in project scheduling and managementExperience with tracking and analyzing KPIs and other operationalmetrics Excellent leadership and team management skills, with aproven track record of leading a team to success Strong strategicthinking and problem-solving skills Excellent verbal and writtencommunication skills Ability to manage multiple projectssimultaneously and meet deadlines Proficient in Microsoft OfficeSuite and project management software Must be detail-oriented andable to make sound decisions under pressure.
