We are seeking adynamic and experienced Senior Manager of Operations to join ourteam in the Engineering industry. This is a permanent position thatinvolves overseeing day-to-day operations, ensuring health andsafety regulations are followed, scheduling projects, and trackingkey performance indicators (KPIs). Responsibilities:

Bachelor’s degree in Engineering,Business Administration, or related field required; advanced degreein Engineering preferred Minimum of 5 years of experience in anoperations management role within the engineering industry Strongknowledge of health, safety, and environmental (HSE) regulationsProficient in project scheduling and management Experience withtracking and analyzing KPIs and other operational metrics Excellentleadership and team management skills, with a proven track recordof leading a team to success Strong strategic thinking andproblem-solving skills Excellent verbal and written communicationskills Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously and meetdeadlines Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite and projectmanagement software Must be detail-oriented and able to make sounddecisions under pressure.
