This individual will play a crucial role in creating and implementing processes for our operation to run smoothly and efficiently. We provide equipment to hospitals for total joint surgeries (hips, knees, shoulders, etc.). This position requires high attention to detail and a solid understanding of how to manage an office and its people. Responsibilities Analyze every part of our operation and see what needs to be added, changed, and removed Conduct meetings with the team to explain key metrics and see what we can improve on Implement policies and enforce them, making sure every team member is following them daily Dig into the numbers to bring clarity on which projects are successful and which ones are not Remain in constant communication with both the head of the territory and the office team about how things are going and what needs to be done Skills Proven leader with a history of success in a management role Works well in a team environment where different roles must work together throughout each day Comfortable in a fast-paced work environment with urgent needs from clients and hospitals Possesses the ability to see a problem and fix it Strong computer skills with proficiency in MS Excel Your Background 5+ years of related experience, preferably within the medical device industry Experience leading a team of 10+ people SAP experience and proficiency preferred Must have a valid driver’s license Join our team today!
