TheOperations Manager will manage printing, trimming, case binding,and shipping for assigned Production departments. The OperationsManager also supervises all associates, directly or indirectly, onthe assigned shift. The Operations team serves a key role withinthe organization. We ensure that our distribution centers andwarehouse facilities function at maximum efficiency. Safety is acore value in our distribution environment. We emphasize thisthrough training, education, and accident prevention programs.

Operations Manager Requirements:

College degree or directly relatedyear for year experience 3 or more years of management experience 1or more years of manufacturing/distribution experience

OperationsManager Duties:

Manage materials and equipment necessary for thedaily production and shipping of products to customers, includingbut not limited to, order routing, material requisitioning, shiftstaffing, and quality control Coordinate with other Departments, toresolve customer complaints, rush orders and meet client needsOversee and direct supervisors on assigned shift Compose andapprove associate evaluations and maintain accurate attendance/timerecords; recommending disciplinary measures, as needed Interviewapplicants, approve hiring decisions and oversee training Ensurethat safety and hazardous material guidelines are followed byassociates at all times
