Weare hiring an Operations Supervisor to support the Manufacturingteam. The Operations Supervisor oversees the day-to-day operationof the assigned departments to include supervision of associatesfor compliance with company policies and procedures. This role willmonitor and instruct all associates assigned to shift and ensurethat throughput is maximized and efficiencies within the processare observed, with an emphasis on quality standards and practices.

The Operations team serves a key role within the organization. Weensure that our distribution centers and manufacturing facilitiesfunction at maximum efficiency. OperationsSupervisor Requirements:

High school diploma or equivalent 2 yearsexperience in a supervisory position within a production ormanufacturing environment, or comparable management experience.

Operations Supervisor Duties:

Supervise the associates assigned tothe specified departments, providing adequate resources to ensuremaximum throughput and minimum waste while monitoring all qualitystandards put in place. Work to ensure that all assigned tasks areaccomplished in a timely and effective manner. Provide dailysupervision of associates including proper record keeping, time andattendance monitoring and approval, performance evaluations, andrecommendations regarding associate advancement and/or disciplinaryprocedures. Track department processing, in accordance withestablished TAT schedules and production goals. Audit individualproductivity and quality to ensure associates are meeting expectedand established standards. Identify root causes of failures to meetthese standards and necessary take corrective action. Compile athorough pass-down to inform incoming shifts of current operationsand department status, through an interactive crossover withincoming management staff. Keep Senior Management aware of allissues that may impact the ability of the shift to provide and meetestablished service levels. Maintain consistent quality assurancestandards through interaction with the Quality Services team toensure that orders are processed completely and accurately.
