Spartronics is seeking a proven operational leader to serve as Site General Manager for our Williamsport, PA facility. This role is critical to our growth and performance and reports directly to the VP of Operations – U.S. East. The Site General Manager will have full P&L ownership and lead all site functions including Manufacturing, Engineering, Quality, Supply Chain, Finance, HR, and Program Management. This leader will drive operational excellence, champion continuous improvement, and foster a high-performance culture while ensuring customer expectations and regulatory requirements are consistently met or exceeded. We are located at 2333 Reach Rd; Williamsport, PA 17703 This manufacturing location has 100,000 sq feet of manufacturing space. We operate on 2 shifts and have 260 employees. This position has between 5-7 direct reports. This site has a strong focus on our Aerospace & Defense customers.
Key Responsibilities:
Lead Site Operations:
Oversee day-to-day operations across all departments to meet quality, delivery, cost, and safety targets.
Customer Engagement:
Ensure exceptional support for key Aerospace & Defense customers; drive site-level execution of Voice of the Customer initiatives.
P&L Accountability:
Manage the site’s financial performance, including revenue growth, cost control, and margin improvement.
Team Leadership:
Build, develop, and retain a high-performing leadership team aligned to business goals and Spartronics values.
Operational Excellence:
Champion Lean, Six Sigma, and other continuous improvement methodologies to drive throughput, reduce waste, and improve KPIs.
Strategic Planning:
Execute annual operating plans and align tactical execution with corporate objectives and customer commitments.
Compliance & Quality:
Ensure full compliance with customer, industry, and regulatory standards (AS9100, ITAR, ISO, etc.).
Talent Development:
Partner with HR to implement talent development, succession planning, and employee engagement initiatives.
Cross-Site Collaboration:
Partner with other Site GMs and functional leaders to drive alignment, best practice sharing, and continuous improvement across Spartronics.
Requirements Qualifications Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Operations, Supply Chain, or related field (or equivalent experience)
15+ years of leadership experience in electronics manufacturing, preferably within a contract manufacturing (EMS) environment
Proven success in site-level P&L management
Strong working knowledge of Lean, Six Sigma, Gemba, and daily visual management
Experience in Aerospace & Defense or other highly regulated industries (preferred)
Track record of building high-performing teams and driving measurable results
Strong analytical, communication, and decision-making skills

Competitive compensation and benefits. Compensation The estimated annual salary range for this position is $150,000 to $200,000. Actual compensation will be based on factors such as geographic location, education, years of relevant experience, and specific expertise in the electronics manufacturing industry. This position is also eligible for an annual incentive bonus targeted at 30%, which is aligned with company and individual performance. All applicants must be a U.S. Citizen due to the future need for a US “Secret Security” Clearance.
