POSITION SUMMARY

Reporting to the President of the Sharon Tube Division, this leader will successfully oversee and manage multiple manufacturing operations, driving growth and productivity through safe and efficient manufacturing while improving yields and output. The leader will be responsible for building a culture of accountability, optimizing production processes, ensuring quality standards, and leading a dynamic team in a fast-paced manufacturing environment.

JOB RESPONSIBILITIES

Build a culture of accountability and continuous improvement to achieve goals for safety, quality, customer service, productivity and cost. Ensure work is done in accordance with established safety regulations, legal regulations, quality standards, and in compliance with Company procedures. Identify and adapt technological advances to meet the division’s objectives within the marketplace.. Provide strong leadership to the employees at the plants, ensuring high morale, team work, and good employee and union relations at all levels, including on the shop floor Oversee the operations of all the plants and meet financial targets Ensure compliance to all group systems, guidelines, and policies Coach, mentor, and develop team Manage budgets, forecasting, and financial planning related to manufacturing operations. Leads and promotes healthy and safe work practices as required by regulatory agencies and Company policy.

EDUCATION / EXPERIENCE

Bachelor’s degree in business, engineering, or related field preferred 7+ years of manufacturing leadership experience required, with proven experience developing a strong operating team, proven record of continuous improvement in safety, productivity, quality and customer service. Demonstrated ability to drive operational excellence and create a culture of accountability
