OVERVIEW

The objective of the Operations Support Supervisor is to assist and oversee potential new business for ACM. In addition, the Operations Support Supervisor will assist in posting all new will job adds, interviewing, hiring, and training any new employee for new business.

MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS

The ability to read and understand in English all revisions of applicable Customer assigned SOPs, policies and procedures.

Computer literacy:

The ability to compile and enter data on MS Excel spreadsheets on iPad / tablet or workstation. The ability to write English with good handwriting techniques and limited errors. Travel 80% of the time with supporting new business need. Other 20% will be focused on training, development, and cross-training at local accounts. This 80/20 split may slightly change based on the needs of the business. Projected schedules will determine your need in the field and onsite training / development. The ability to become qualified as a “train the trainer” on customer’s SOPs for area of responsibility and site wide as appropriate. The ability to work flexible hours including holidays, weekends, overtime, be on-call and available for special assignments. Complete all training requirements for specific work areas.

ESSENTIAL JOB DUTIES

Metric Management Assist/drive the development of site Key Performance Indicators (KPI) – (GMP and custodial) on a new account basis for selected accounts nationwide. Maintain processes and systems to support data accessibility, centralization, and quality. Develop presentations and data visualizations of all metrics for contract stakeholders, present or support the presentation to the new business team to begin presenting quarterly. Manage action items related to the strategic direction for the Operations team, if applicable. Track and analyze trends in service requests and generate statistical reports, as needed. Develop new reports as prioritized by leadership to support business insight and improvements. Administration Assist/manage talent acquisition platforms to maintain contract level manpower. Approve and oversee sponsorship budgets requests through Google sheets for job postings. Properly screen viable candidates and status them in Indeed. Liaison with Project Manager to implement systems and communicating concerns and challenges from the field. Meet weekly with the National Director of New Business Operations to determine if budgets for each position are satisfactory and report on. Recruiting Screen applicants on talent acquisition platform, screen candidates by reviewing resumes and job applications and performing phone screenings. Schedule in person interviews. Partner to ensure all screening, hiring, and selection is done in accordance with employment laws and regulations.

ESSENTIAL SAFETY

Safety is of utmost importance: Hot Water for Injection (HWFI) and Water for Injection (WFI) are extremely hot lines raised to steam levels each night. Aseptic Cleaners must use caution and wear appropriate Personal Protective Equipment (PPE) such as safety shoes, safety glasses, breathing masks, rubber gloves around electrical equipment and proper clothing for the specific area in addition to cleanroom gowning. Vacuum cleaners and mop buckets are extremely heavy when full, so ensure the use of proper lifting techniques for emptying must be followed. Walking surfaces may be wet, so caution and situational awareness must be used at all times. Work safely and notify your manager of potential safety hazards and near misses.
