The Assistant Director will assist in

ADMINISTRATIVE

operations, help manage staff, and implement policies that align with our mission of providing exceptional mental healthcare services. This role requires leadership skills, a comprehensive understanding of mental healthcare management, and a commitment to maintaining compliance with medical regulations. The ideal candidate will have outpatient experience, as well as, Administrative experience. Responsibilities Oversee daily administrative operations to ensure efficient service delivery and adherence to quality standards. Work with Director to manage and mentor staff, fostering a collaborative environment that promotes professional growth and development. Monitor patient care practices to ensure compliance with best practices and organizational goals. Collaborate with other departments to enhance patient outcomes and streamline processes. Conduct regular performance evaluations of staff, providing constructive feedback and support for improvement. Stay informed about industry trends, regulations, and advancements in healthcare management to inform strategic planning. Skills Proven experience in mental healthcare management, with a strong understanding of outpatient clinical operations. Strong administrative and analytical skills Exceptional communication skills, both verbal and written, for effective interaction with staff, patients, and stakeholders. Ability to work collaboratively in a fast-paced environment while maintaining focus on patient-centered care.
