What you’ll be doing: The Inbound Supervisor is responsible for overseeing all aspects of the distribution center’s inbound operations, ensuring efficient and accurate receiving, putaway, and replenishment processes. This role plays a critical part in maintaining inventory integrity and optimizing product flow. Additionally, the Inbound Supervisor is responsible for opening the facility, ensuring all systems are operational, and coordinating with the Outbound team to set them up for a successful day. Supervise, train, and mentor the Inbound team, fostering a positive and productive work environment through hands-on coaching and development. Manage warehouse activities including but not limited to the daily receiving schedule, ensuring timely unloading and processing of all incoming shipments Inspect incoming products for damage, discrepancies, or accuracy against purchase orders and vendor manifests, initiating corrective actions as needed. Optimize product putaway and pick slot replenishment to maximize space utilization and ensure timely outbound order fulfillment. Lead the Inventory team conducting regular cycle counts and inventory audits to maintain high levels of inventory accuracy Investigate and resolve inventory discrepancies, identifying root causes and implementing preventative measures. Ensure proper handling and storage of all products, adhering to safety and quality standards. Enforce all safety regulations and company policies to ensure a safe working environment.

Ongoing Requirements:
What you need to succeed: High School Diploma or GED required; Bachelor’s degree in Logistics, Supply Chain Management, or a related field preferred Minimum 3-5 years of experience in a distribution center or warehouse environment, with at least 1-2 years in a supervisory or lead role focusing on inbound operations. Certified to operate warehousing equipment including forklift, reach truck, and electric ride on jack. Knowledge of occupational hazards and safety precautions Ability to inspire, motivate, and guide a team towards achieving operational goals and fostering a culture of accountability and continuous improvement. Strong working knowledge of company WMS, inventory control principles, and computer proficiency to utilize time and attendance system and Google G Suite office applications.
