This role requires strong cross-functional collaboration with Sales Support, Purchasing, Transportation, and Shipping teams to ensure effective execution of the overall planning strategy. Key responsibilities include overseeing the activities of multiple co-packing and manipulation facilities to ensure alignment with K&M’s standards for delivery timelines, cost efficiency, and quality. The Manager plays a critical role in ensuring that operational plans are executed precisely and supply chain objectives are consistently met. Description of Duties Direct Team Management Oversee and provide leadership to the following personnel: Production Planner (1) Warehouse Team Lead (inclusive of Receiving and Close-out staff – 3 total) Pick Pack Leads and Assistant (3 total) Operations Account Coordinators (OACs) (2) Production Meeting Leadership Lead the twice-weekly Production Meeting in collaboration with the Warehouse Team Lead to align priorities and execution timelines.

Define and communicate daily and weekly priorities and goals for the Pick Pack Leads and their assistants to ensure alignment with operational objectives.

Oversee and ensure the accurate and timely creation of system entries in JD Edwards (JDE), including:

These entries are driven by requests from Purchasing, Quality Control, OACs, P&A, and Sales Support.

Ensure all operational jobs are accurately costed by:

Work closely with Sales Support, Customer Service, Purchasing, and other departments to define and document production timing requirements for upcoming programs.

Effectively communicate work plans, volume, and timing to internal production and transportation teams.

Provide clear, timely instructions to third-party service providers to ensure the smooth execution of product receiving, processing, distribution, and shipment.

Set and monitor operational jobs and pick priorities to ensure adherence to customer delivery timelines.

Review customer vendor guides and collaborate with OACs, Shipping, and Team Leads to ensure proper packing, labeling, and documentation per customer requirements.

Proactively work with all groups to continually improve processes. Hold meetings and disseminate relevant production information when necessary. Team Planning & Goal Setting JDE System Transactions Stock Transfers Re-Classes (e.g., jewelry, card, ticket) Work Orders Labor Purchase Orders Contract Labor Management Communicate with contract labor providers as necessary to coordinate support. Review and approve weekly labor hours for billing accuracy. Operational Job Pricing Utilizing the operational pricing chart Deconstructing job steps Assigning correct operations and frequency Calculating labor costs accordingly Cross-Department Collaboration Workflow & Scheduling Communication Third Party Logistics Coordination Job Prioritization & Fulfillment Customer Compliance Issue and distribute minutes or notes pertaining to meetings or conference calls. Assume leadership role on any assigned project as part of the role or outside of the role. Responsible for annual Physical Inventory at all warehouse locations. Work with Finance team to resolve and report inventory variances. Ability for travel domestic and internationally as needed. Maintain and provide reporting to the Operation’s VP. Weekly picks and labor cost in warehouses 100 & 500 Monthly Shipping Dollars and Units report As needed created Excel filesreports that outline by customer PO the items, quantities, by store and store within DC using queries in JDE or SAP. Other duties as assigned. Update order log – manage pickpack floor using this tool Submit IT-help requests as needed for printer, scanner, system issues Work with Ops VP to assess equipment needs and shop floor set upflow Manage the returns processing

Skills/Remarks:

Minimum college degree with relevant work experience required. Excellent written and verbal communication skills. Must be a team leader with strong organizational skills. Financial background is a plus. Ability to work independently, coordinate and prioritize multiple tasks. Working knowledge of MS Office (Excel, Access, Power Point) and SAP.
