Education & Experience:
Bachelor’s degree in a technical discipline and 12 years of relevant experience. Associate degree in a technical discipline and 16 years of relevant experience. High School Diploma and 20 years of relevant experience.
Top Skills & Years of Experience:
A comprehensive level of knowledge and understanding of all aspects of the functional area assigned is required, including specific knowledge of a facility or area or location supported, where – appropriate. Thorough knowledge and understanding of all pertinent policies, practices, procedures, DOE orders and regulatory statutes which impact the function or facility supported. Minimum of four (4) years’ experience working in Contamination areas. Experience within disciplined operations environments, including experience in the Conduct of Operations and Rad Con functional areas. Demonstrate ability to understand and communicate Rad Con terms and requirements. Demonstrate the ability to coordinate, interface, and communicate with management, facility, operations, quality assurance, and Rad Con personnel. Nice to Haves Experience working in a Pu-238 contaminated environment is preferred. Knowledge of F-Area Complete (FAC) and working in a contaminated environment is preferred.

REQUIRED QUALIFICATIONS

Ability to perform field walk downs Demonstrated experience leading diverse teams to deliver results Demonstrated ability to communicate clear, concise, and accurate reports, evaluations, documents, procedures, reviews, comment resolutions, email, and oral presentations. Demonstrate ability to understand and communicate Rad Con terms and requirements. Demonstrate the ability to produce quality documents with attention to detail and meeting management defined expectations. Demonstrate the ability to coordinate, interface, and communicate with management, facility, operations, quality assurance, and Rad Con personnel.

PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS
