We are currently seeking a dynamic and experienced Director of Golf (DOG) to serve as the Club’s Golf Ambassador. This highly visible position requires a leader who exemplifies integrity, professionalism, and diplomacy, someone who has a true passion for delivering a premier golf experience.

Key Responsibilities:

Serve as the primary ambassador for Belfair’s golf operations, championing exceptional member service. Lead and develop the golf operations team, including the Head Golf Professional, Director of Instruction, Merchandise Manager, Golf Shop and Outside Services teams, and Learning Center staff. Develop and manage the annual golf operations budget; monitor performance and implement strategic improvements. Oversee the planning and execution of all golf events, leagues, and tournaments. Maintain high-quality experiences for members and guests through operational excellence and attention to detail. Collaborate with club leadership and the board to drive innovative programming and support long-term strategic goals.

Qualifications:

Minimum of 5 years of progressive leadership experience in golf operations. PGA Member in good standing. Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills. Strong organizational skills and a detail-oriented mindset. Proficiency with Microsoft Office 365 and golf management software. Proven ability to manage events, projects, and scheduling in a dynamic environment. High level of professionalism with the ability to build relationships at all levels.

Compensation:

Compensation is commensurate with experience and includes a competitive salary along with annual performance-based bonuses.
