Position Overview:

We are seeking a personable and detail-oriented Members and Guest Concierge Services Associate to join our team. This role is responsible for providing exceptional service to members and guests, assisting with their needs, and enhancing their overall experience at Haig Point. The ideal candidate is organized, professional, and thrives in a customer-focused environment.

Key Responsibilities:

Serve as the primary point of contact for members and guests, providing personalized assistance and information. Coordinate transportation arrangements, reservations, and special requests. Assist with event planning and execution to enhance member and guest experiences. Manage incoming inquiries via phone, email, and in person, ensuring prompt and accurate responses. Maintain detailed records of member preferences and requests to deliver tailored service. Collaborate with various departments to ensure seamless service delivery. Support the check-in and check-out process for members and guests. Provide information about community amenities, events, and local attractions. Handle and resolve member concerns with professionalism and efficiency.

Qualifications:

Previous experience in hospitality, customer service, or concierge roles preferred. Strong communication and interpersonal skills. Ability to multitask and remain calm under pressure. Proficiency in Microsoft Office and reservation systems. High attention to detail and organizational skills. Flexibility to work weekends, holidays, and evenings as needed.
