Monitor workflow and processes, adjusting as needed to optimize performance. Provide the highest level of customer service to our guest and homeowners Ensure rental properties are in excellent condition for guest and owner arrivals by maintaining daily inspections, maintenance, and cleaning of units. Resolve guest and owner issues through creative thinking, communication, research, and punctual follow-up. Supervise and lead operational staff, including hiring, training, and evaluating team members. Setting performance goals and objectives for staff, providing guidance and support to achieve the goals. Foster a positive work environment and promote team collaboration. Daily participation in the office setting to ensure the operation of the company runs smoothly, efficiently, and that all guests are satisfied Analyze current operational processes and identify opportunities for improvement. Work with the Director of Operations to implement and maintain best practices to enhance efficiency, productivity, and quality. Develop and execute plants to streamline operations and reduce waste. Assist the Director of Operations in the management of operational budgets, ensuring cost control and financial efficiency.

Minimum Required Skills & Competencies:

Experience in the vacation rental industry in an operations management or a similar role. Strong computer skills and proficient in Word and Excel Strong leadership and team management skills Excellent customer service skills Strong leadership and management skills Excellent written and oral communication skills Must have a valid driver’s license and reliable transportation Must be available to work weekends, holidays, and evenings.

Desired Skills & Competencies :

Experience within the field preferred Bachelors degree preferred

Licensed Property Manager Physical Requirements:
