Your Key Responsibilities:

Site Leadership & Oversight Spend 40-50% of your time leading one designated “home” location, while supporting 2-4 additional sites. You’ll coach Site Leaders and serve as their trusted point of contact and mentor. District Performance Management Conduct regular site visits, audits, and performance reviews. Train Site Leaders on interpreting and using KPI data to drive improvement in everything from sales to employee engagement. Customer & Team Experience Excellence Act as the escalation point for customer and employee concerns. Partner with your teams to ensure a consistently excellent, values-driven experience across every site in your district. Operational & Maintenance Troubleshooting Provide real-time guidance on operational challenges, equipment issues, and service quality—ensuring each location runs safely, efficiently, and with pride.
