Role:
As a Branch Operations Coordinator , you’ll be instrumental in ensuring the smooth day-to-day operations of the branch teller line. This is a leadership role focused on enhancing both the customer experience and the employee work environment , while also ensuring regulatory compliance and operational excellence.
Key Responsibilities:
Process and approve teller transactions while ensuring a smooth customer experience Support branch operations, including scheduling and daily task coordination Educate customers on digital banking tools and make referrals to bankers Resolve operational issues and customer concerns within established guidelines Motivate the teller team to meet service and business goals Complete operational activities while minimizing risks under established policies
Who You Are:
You’re a proactive leader with a passion for customer service and team development . You thrive in a fast-paced , high-volume environment. You bring integrity, professionalism , and strong decision-making skills to your work.
Required Qualifications:
2+ years of experience in customer service, issue resolution, or similar roles.
Preferred Qualifications:
Strong customer service and listening skills Experience with mobile banking tools and educating customers Cash handling experience Ability to spot fraud and take action Organizational skills with the ability to multitask Judgment and integrity in customer interactions Military experience in HR, readiness, or recruiting (if applicable) Knowledge of compliance, risk management, and retail operations Leadership ability to motivate teams
Job Expectations:
Availability to work schedules that may include most Saturdays. This position is not eligible for visa sponsorship .
