Boeing Commercial Airplanes (BCA) is targeting experienced leaders for a Business Operations Manager position supporting our Interiors Responsibility Center (IRC) in North Charleston, SC.

Position Responsibilities:

Manages employees performing business management activities in the area of Business Operations. Develops and executes project and process plans, implements policies and procedures and sets operational goals. Acquires resources for projects and processes, provides technical management of suppliers and leads process improvements. Develops and maintains relationships and partnerships with customers, stakeholders, peers, partners and direct reports. Provides oversight and approval of technical approaches, products and processes. Ensures work statement compliance. Ensures consistent management system processes and tools are used. Manages, develops and motivates employees. Basic Qualifications (Required Skills & Experience): 2+ years of experience leading and developing people in either a formal management position or as a technical lead Ability to influence cross-functional groups to achieve common goals. Preferred Qualifications (Desired Skills & Experience): Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience
