We are seeking someone with previous experience in janitorial, supervision, and training, with excellent people skills, computer knowledge, ability to travel. Position Summary The Operations Manager is responsible for oversight and leadership of the Kleen Tech North Charleston, SC region. Six Critical Success Factors 1. Essential Duties and Responsibilities:
Essential duties and responsibilities include the following; however other accountabilities may be assigned. Approves POs for purchase of supplies, equipment, etc. per the process and holds direct reports accountable for maintaining supply and equipment inventory. Creation and assignment of work orders Labor compliance
- supports and enforces managing budgets on a monthly basis. Approves overtime. Files contract modifications to the Vice President, Kleen-Tech Services. Represents and is the face of the company to customers. Conducts weekly visits according to our customer calendar. Authorizes vehicle maintenance. Demonstrate Effective Collaboration. Attends Weekly Leadership Meetings (WLMs
- Reports on QCs, injuries, contract deliverables, customer complaints, customer contact, labor compliance, supplies compliance, OT, scorecards, marketing leads, I-9 compliance, active employee list, staffing of their regions.
Provides and receives annual review feedback and customer and employee scorecards. Supervision and oversight of supervisors, foremen and leads. Reviews payroll validation and overtime time sheets, confirm all punches are closed. Approves requests for purchases and repairs. Provides marketing leads. Supports operations on ownership of staffing in finding the people and completing the hiring process. Approves Time off requests for direct reports.
Education and Experience:
Business Administration degree from a four-year accredited college or university; and 5 years related experience. OR equivalent of education and experience. Must have a driver’s license and a clean driving record. Must be willing to travel.

Supervisory Responsibilities Directly supervises assigned Foremen, Leads, and other supervisory or administrative staff as applicable. Carries out supervisory responsibilities in accordance with the Company’s policies and applicable laws and is a strong advocate for the full use of our systems, processes, and tools (SPTs). Responsibilities include planning, assigning, and directing work; appraising performance, coaching, developing, and mentoring staff.
