The essential responsibilities and job functions for Operations Associates/Managers in Training include: Smiling — Must be able to smile and communicate with a positive attitude with all guests (especially), third-party delivery drivers and fellow team members alike Working Tirelessly — Must be able to stay moving for long periods without sitting; helping with every walk-in guest and online order while utilizing downtime to keep store clean and complete daily duty checklists Communication Skills — Must be an excellent verbal communicator under pressure with both guests and team members Ambition — Must strive to come in and grow every day without exception If this sounds like you, we are looking for you!

Job Type:

Full-time , 5-6 days a week, variable shifts

Pay:

Starting at $16+ per hour after tips, with near-endless room for growth

Requirements:

At least 1 year of Restaurant experience, and any supervisory experience a plus Must be 18 years of age or older Must be able to lift 40 pounds Must have Driver’s License Flexibility to work lunch and dinner shifts, weekends and minor holidays
