About Us:

Charleston Taekwondo is the largest Martial Arts program in South Carolina and we offer programs for families as well as high-energy after-school and summer camp programs for children. Our mission is to help kids build confidence, focus, and life skills through structured, fun, and safe programming.

Position Overview:

The Operations Manager is responsible for the overall performance and growth of our school. You’ll be the right-hand leader of the business—overseeing day-to-day operations, nurturing relationships with members and families, and leading both our after-school and seasonal programs.

Key Responsibilities:

Manage and execute daily business operations Oversee after-school and summer camp programs Supervise and support part-time staff and instructors Lead local marketing efforts: lead gathering, follow-up, and nurturing Manage inventory, supplies, and equipment needs Ensure excellent customer service and strong member relationships Implement and improve systems for growth and efficiency Drive enrollment, revenue, and student count growth

Monday-Friday, 12:00 PM – 7:00

PM Pay Range:

$40,000-$53,000 annually (based on performance and results)

Location:

Experience in youth programs, education, camps, or martial arts Background in operations, customer service, or program management A passion for child development and community-based work
