Description We are looking for an experienced Operations Manager to oversee and optimize the day-to-day operations of our organization in Mount Pleasant, South Carolina. This role requires a strategic thinker who can manage multiple projects, improve workflows, and lead a growing team. The ideal candidate will drive efficiency and ensure the highest quality standards across all operational activities.
Responsibilities:
- Direct the execution of business expansion plans, ensuring deadlines, budgets, and quality benchmarks are consistently met.
- Manage daily operations at a new facility, including installation services, inventory storage, and leading a team
- Oversee the implementation of workflow automation systems to improve production efficiency and reduce costs.
- Lead and train a team of current and new employees, fostering skill development and maintaining high performance standards.
- Ensure timely installation completion rates by coordinating with installers and adhering to strict timelines.
- Identify and implement cost-saving measures through process optimization and supplier negotiations.
- Monitor and refine operational processes to achieve consistent growth and enhanced service delivery.
- Maintain clear communication with internal teams and stakeholders to ensure alignment on operational goals.
- Track and report on operational metrics, providing insights to support data-driven decision-making. Requirements
