Charleston, SC 29401 Summary We’re seeking a full-time leader for our branch in Charleston, SC. This position comes with P&L responsibility and requires an entrepreneurial, energetic person who loves working with plants and people!

About Interior Plantscapes We strive to be the premier indoor plantscaping company in the Southeast, providing interior & exterior plant design, sales, leasing and maintenance to commercial clients. Every year we also deliver holiday cheer by installing beautiful holiday décor for our customers, which include corporate offices, hotels, healthcare facilities, small businesses, and more. We currently serve the Greenville, Columbia, Charleston and Charlotte, and Richmond areas. Mission The mission of the Operations Manager is to oversee all day-to-day operations of the branch, ensuring excellent client satisfaction/retention and the achievement of target gross profit margins. Job Duties & Responsibilities Manage all daily operations of our interior and exterior plant maintenance service while achieving target customer retention and profitability levels Lead a team comprised of horticultural technicians and a supervisor. You will be responsible for hiring, performance management, training, etc. Manage daily/weekly route schedules, as well as one-off jobs like installations, work orders, etc. Ensure all customer requests are responded to and addressed

ASAP Procurement:

organize plant purchases from our network of growers for new installs and replacements Inventory management: oversee inventory tracking of plants & containers in warehouse to ensure accurate reporting & cost control Promote culture of learning, camaraderie and safety through regular training and events with your team Quality control: ensure all jobs are installed and maintained to our high standards. Perform regular account reviews to monitor technician performance and customer feedback Assist the sales team in reviewing specifications & service requirements for new accounts Oversee fleet of company vehicles and schedule regular preventive maintenance Attend regular meetings with other branch managers & sales reps Key Competencies Detail-oriented
