Salary Range:
$95,000 – $120,000/year + Health, Dental,Vision, and 401K How You Will Make an
Impact:
As a Regional Director of Care, you will play a vital role inoverseeing the clinical operations across multiple senior livingcommunities. Your expertise in senior care will ensure high-qualityresident outcomes, regulatory compliance, and staff developmentwhile fostering a compassionate and service-driven culture. Youwill work closely with care teams, executive directors, andregional leadership to implement best practices and drivecontinuous improvement.
Key Responsibilities:
Provide strategic leadership to care departments acrossmultiple AL, IL, and MC communities Ensure compliance with state and federal regulations andcompany policies Oversee clinical training, staff development, and performancemanagement Collaborate with community teams to enhance resident care andsatisfaction Monitor quality assurance programs, audits, and risk managementinitiatives Support census growth by maintaining high standards of care andservice Work with executive directors and leadership teams to achieveoperational goal
Schedule & Travel Requirements:
Full-time regional role with on-call responsibilities Regular travel across communities in Virginia and WestVirginia Flexible schedule based on operational needs
Qualifications & Skills Required:
Minimum of 5 years in a senior-level care management role inSenior Living Nursing degree and active license required Strong leadership and team development skills In-depth knowledge of senior care regulations andcompliance Proven ability to train, mentor, and develop clinicalteams Strong communication, problem-solving, and organizationalskills
Preferred Qualifications:
Bachelor’s degree in Nursing, Business Management, orHealthcare Management 8+ years of senior living care experience with a track recordof successful leadership Experience in multi-site care management
