Job Description
Our client is looking for a ServiceNow administrator to assist with optimizing the workflows within the SPM module for the Enterprise Project Management Office. This role will be responsible for the following but not limited to building dashboards, generating repots, optimizing project intake forms, time tracking, project intake, demand management, KPI, integration and SPM APIs, etc. Top Skills 1. ServiceNow administrator with specific SPM experience 2. Experience within SPM building out dashboards, reports, intake forms 3. Experience helping an organization obtain better usage and more productivity from the SPM module 4. This person will work directly with the EPMO to assist in better process flow and better use of the module inside the platform Must work EST hours
