Mount Pleasant, SC Position Overview:

Charleston Battery is seeking a detail-oriented, tech-savvy, and data-driven Ticket Operations Coordinator to support the club’s day-to-day and event ticketing operations. This role works closely with our primary ticketing provider, SeatGeek , and serves as a key liaison between the Business Intelligence and Sales teams. The ideal candidate is highly organized, proactive, and passionate about optimizing fan experiences. Additionally, they possess strong problem-solving skills to quickly identify, troubleshoot, and resolve ticketing challenges, ensuring smooth operations and a seamless experience for fans and staff alike.

Key Responsibilities:

Ticket Operations Assist with all aspects of ticketing in SeatGeek , including event builds, inventory management, promotional link creation, and ongoing reporting Support sales and marketing by building and maintaining tools such as group and promotional links, branded storefronts, lead lists, and performance dashboards Act as a primary contact for troubleshooting ticketing issues and providing timely support to staff and fans via phone, email, and in-person Collaborate cross-functionally to streamline ticketing initiatives and processes, identifying opportunities for automation and system optimization Manage and fulfill all ticket requests in the lead-up to events, ensuring timely and accurate delivery and access Partner with marketing, partnerships, and stadium operations to execute ticket-related elements for matches, special events, and promotional activations Game Day & Event Support Oversee match-day box office operations, including setup, staffing, ticket sales, mobile ticket troubleshooting, and customer service Provide real-time troubleshooting and guest support to ensure an exceptional fan experience Assist with post-event reconciliation and ticket audits

Qualifications:

1-2 years of experience in ticket operations or box office management (preferably in sports or live events). Familiarity with ticketing platforms, with SeatGeek experience strongly preferred Experience with CRM systems (e.g., HubSpot, Salesforce), HubSpot experience strongly preferred Proficient in Google Workspace (Gmail, Sheets, Docs, Slides, etc.) Strong analytical skills with a data-driven approach to problem-solving Available to work nights, weekends, and holidays for matches and events.
