Operations Manager The Bomb Bar – Nexton 424 Brighton Park Blvd Suite 103, Summerville, SC 29486 Job Overview The Bomb Bar in Nexton is seeking a high-energy, hospitality-driven Store Manager to lead our growing team. We’re a vibrant smoothie bar rooted in whole-food nutrition, exceptional guest service, and community connection. This role is perfect for someone who loves leading with positivity, thrives in a fast-paced environment, and is passionate about wellness. Responsibilities Lead and inspire a team to deliver 5-star guest experiences Hire, train, schedule, and manage team members based on performance and our core values Manage inventory, vendor communication, and daily operations Maintain a clean, organized, and inviting store environment Monitor KPIs and drive sales through team motivation and local outreach Uphold food safety and brand standards at all times Support marketing efforts and represent the Bomb Bar brand in the community Requirements 2+ years of management or supervisory experience in food, beverage, or hospitality A warm, team-first leadership style and strong communication skills Strong organizational skills and attention to detail Ability to work early mornings, weekends, and occasional events Comfortable with POS systems and basic computer tools (Excel, email, etc.) ServSafe certification (or willingness to obtain)
