What your future day will look like:
Oversee the daily plant operations
Work with supply chain to coordinate inventory and material availability
Implement lean principles to optimize production
Manage quality program and assist to address any quality issues
Drive production goals and schedules
Develop the operations budget, monitoring costs and identifying for cost-savings opportunities
Ensure all employees are following and maintaining safety standards

To be a champion in this role, you will need:
Bachelor’s degree in Engineering or a related technical management field, Master’s preferred
5+ years of leadership experience in a manufacturing setting
Aerospace or gas turbine experience preferred
Familiarity with

AS9100 & ISO9001

Standards
Strong continuous improvement experience with Lean Six Sigma knowledge (a plus to have black belt certification)
