Salary Range:

$100,000 -$125,000/year + benefits (Credit for experience will be given) How You Will Make an

Impact:

As a Regional Operations Manager, you will play a critical role inoverseeing the operational success of multiple senior livingcommunities across Georgia, South Carolina, and North Carolina. Youwill be responsible for ensuring compliance with state and federalregulations, driving financial and operational efficiency, andfostering a culture of care and accountability within eachcommunity. This is a junior-level role that serves as a direct support to theRegional Director of Operations (RDO). The ideal candidate willhave a strong background in Independent Living (IL) while alsopossessing experience in Assisted Living (AL) and Memory Care (MC)to effectively manage a balanced portfolio of at least fivecommunities.

Key Responsibilities:

Provide operational oversight for multiple Independent Living,Assisted Living, and Memory Care communities Lead and support Executive Directors and community leadershipteams in achieving operational excellence Ensure communities adhere to budgetary guidelines and meetfinancial goals Drive census growth and policy improvements to enhance overallcommunity performance Conduct mock surveys and prepare communities for regulatorycompliance Represent Twenty20 Management at community engagementevents Foster a positive, results-driven culture while holdingleadership teams accountable

Schedule & Travel Requirements:

Regular travel to multiple sites across GA, SC, and NC On-call availability for urgent operational matters Standard weekday schedule with flexibility for communityneeds

Qualifications & Skills Required:

Experience in Independent Living is essential, with a strongunderstanding of the senior living landscape Assisted Living & Memory Care experience required to support adiverse portfolio Proven ability to lead teams, develop talent, and driveoperational success Strong financial acumen, including budgeting, P&Lmanagement, and occupancy forecasting Exceptional problem-solving, communication, and organizationalskills Ability to balance regulatory compliance with acustomer-focused approach Previous experience in multi-site leadership preferred
