Job Description
Director of Distance Running 2.9 2.9 out of 5 stars Greenwood, SC 29649 JOB To oversee the daily operations, training, and administration of the M/W Cross Country programs and to assist the Head M/W Track and Field Coach with the responsibilities associated with the organization and administration of the track and field program.
EXAMPLE OF DUTIES A
bachelor’s degree is required. A valid driver’s license and safe driving history are required. Must have strong skills in providing excellent customer service and demonstrate strong ethics.
SUPPLEMENTAL INFORMATION
Knowledge and understanding of coaching, recruiting, and program administration. Knowledge of NCAA rules and regulations. Thorough knowledge of all aspects of Cross Country and Track and Field. Must have good communication skills and have ability to develop good rapport with students, parents, and staff. May require evening work hours and weekend hours.
