Superintendent of Operations Town of Chapin 157 NW Columbia Avenue, Chapin, SC 29036 Full job description and online application can be found at www.chapinsc.com/jobs The Town of Chapin currently has a position available for Superintendent of Operations, over our wastewater and water systems, The position is primarily responsible for daily operations, compliance, routine maintenance and personnel management of our new 2.4 MGD WWTP/laboratory. It also includes assisting in the operations of our water distribution and sewer collection systems as needed. Plant operations are M-F, day shift only. Scheduled off every other Friday. Must perform weekend effluent testing only, on a 4-week rotation and pull on-call duties 1 wk every 8 wks. Excellent benefits package that includes State Retirement and health insurance. Pay commensurate with experience. Requires a minimum of a B-level Biological operator license and a C-level water distribution license. Town of Chapin is an equal opportunity employer.
