Associate’s degree OR

General Requirements
Excellent verbal and written communication skills

Proficiency in Microsoft Office and payroll systems (e.g., Kronos)
Ethical conduct and personal credibility required for all MAU staff
Essential Functions of the Supervisor
Lead pre-shift meetings and communicate shift turnover
Manage employee assignments and address call-offs
Conduct Gemba walks and enforce process compliance
Monitor and verify production metrics (Hour-by-Hour reporting)
Address underperformance and document corrective actions
Update communication boards (SQDC)
Ensure compliance with safety standards, 5S, dress code, and MAU policies
Provide training and support leader standard work
Lead conflict resolution and employee attendance counseling
Handle safety incidents and coordinate post-accident response
Oversee payroll and headcount allocations
Participate in continuous improvement and problem-solving initiatives
Work Environment and Physical Demands
Work takes place in both office and manufacturing environments
Exposure to process manufacturing equipment and heavy industrial vehicles
Environments may range from non-temperature-controlled areas to GMP clean rooms
Physical Requirements
Ability to bend, climb, stoop, kneel, crouch, and lift up to 75 pounds
Ability to mount and dismount vehicles frequently
Ability to stand or walk for up to 8 hours
Ability to climb up to 5 flights of stairs multiple times a day
Travel
Up to 5% travel required
