What your future day will look like:
Lead a department with supervisors, technicians and operators Plan, organize and assign work assignments for the department Mentor and manage training of new associates
Estimate/quote accurate cycle times ensuring timely delivery to company clients
Work with Sales/Engineering to provide accurate quotes to customers
Work with maintenance to schedule PM’s and ensure equipment is in proper working order Support safety standards ensuring that a strong safety culture is fostered throughout the department

Direct Hire To be a champion in this role, you will need:
Technical/Engineering degree in a related field is highly preferred
3+ years of manufacturing leadership experience
3+ years of technical experience
